Formerly known as AWS Cloud Club, we are now known as the AWS Student Builder Group – Adamson University. This name reflects a broader vision that extends beyond cloud computing to embrace the full range of today's dynamic tech landscape — where students build not only with cloud but with AI as well.

Our name might have changed, but our community, history, service to the community, and commitment to empowering students still remain the same.

Organization History

AWS Cloud Club Adamson University was officially founded on October 2, 2024, by Kate Danielle Callao, driven by a vision to bring AWS and cloud computing education to every Adamson student. Like all founding chapters, the first term was a period of building, learning, and laying groundwork that would carry the org forward.

Under Kelvin Ignacio's presidency, that foundation grew into something recognized, rising as a top socio-civic organization and eventually evolving into AWS Student Builder Group, opening its doors to all learners regardless of skill level, with one goal: to transform students into builders.
